Charm Productions UK was founded by Managing Director, Joanna Andrews in 2017. Joanna’s vision was to create a ‘modern day rep company’; a troupe of performers and creative producers who could create and perform in a variety of light entertainment shows. In 2018, Joanna was awarded the ‘Inspiring Woman in Business’ award for the Inspiring Women Awards in Redcar & Cleveland.
Joanna’s career has spanned over 10 years in the entertainment industry from headlining as a solo artist around the UK to appearing in television and film but her passion has always been creating work.

Our History
Charm Productions UK began with The Lipsticks Vintage Trio and quickly expanded to include Isabelle Mumford Mysteries. In 2018, The Jersey Dreamboats were created and as of 2020, there are 7 shows available for bookings.
The company has quickly grown from three female singers in The Lipsticks to over 50 actors, singers, musicians, dancers and creatives who all work together to make the very best entertainment possible.
Our team of writers, musical directors and choreographers all work together to conceptualise our shows and bring them to life. Our performers are all heavily involved in the creative process meaning that Joanna always has input from different places to create new and exciting.
OUR VALUES
The idea of Charm Productions UK is to create sustainable work in the performing arts industry. Our performers have scope to perform in many different shows in order to secure regular professional work. Our aim is to make long term shows that can tour around the UK and abroad being performed by our dedicated team of talented performers.
As a company we are dedicated to forming and maintain strong community relationships. Many of our suppliers are independent, small businesses with whom we have developed strong working relationships.
